Super High Vacuum Valve

Valve head materials of copper (T2 or Tu1) baking temperature of below 300 DEG C to use, reliable work, good repeatability.

The body of the vacuum valve and its stem, bellow, flange, and etc. are all made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) which is of good welding performance and high acid-proof & corrosion-resistance. The material is stable and nonmagnetic under high and low temperature, which guarantees its wide applicability of manufactured vacuum valves. Helium mass spectrometer leak detector is adopted during the whole manufacturing process of the valve and also during welding with leakage rate lower than 1×10-9PaM3/S. 

There are two structure types of valve head. PTFE for high vacuum valve head, which has a reliable sealing, low-volume exhaust and its working temperature is less than 120°C; And ultra-high vacuum valve is full metally sealed for all its sealing parts with its valve head made of T2 or Tu1 to be used under 300°C. The valve head is highly repeatable and service reliable.  

For high vacuum valve with vacuum gauge, the gauge is detachable with automatic seal arrangement so the valve can keep its original vacuumed status on replacement and no air could enter the vacuumed container. It can serve as vacuum valve between the vacuumed container and the vacuum system, and it can also connect to an external vacuum meter to measure the vacuum level of vacuumed container. 

External flange assembly and blind plate for ZK serial is available..
